This is where things begin. Our hiring team will get in touch with you to get to know you more. This is your chance to know more about the role and Kaamfu.

Team Conversation

Here you will meet with seniors of the hiring team or the concerned department. This conversation may be via video. Take this opportunity to speak your best and showcase your relevant experience and skills. Depending on the role, there might be multiple such rounds.

Selection

If you’re shortlisted, our hiring team will get back to you as soon as they can. This round will be about your joining and related processes.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. Our hiring team will have a meeting with you over the phone or video. This will be a chat focussing on what the role is about and which of your experiences are a good match.

This depends on the job description and number of decision makers in the concerned department. After the initial screening, candidates are shortlisted for the next round, which usually happens in 7 working days, depending on the number of applicants. If all goes well, you will be informed about getting selected.

Our interviews take place in 2-3 rounds and take about 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the role and number of applicants.

We understand that mishaps happen sometimes. If you’re unable to connect to the interview link, get in touch with our hiring team via email as soon as you can, and they will assist you.

We understand that some candidates may want feedback on their interview performance. Our hiring team will let you as soon as they can, however, please note that they may not be able to provide feedback to each candidate. We appreciate your patience.
