Kaamfu does not impose restrictions on data sharing. However, we recommend exercising caution when sharing sensitive information and utilizing user roles and permissions to control access within your workspace.​

Kaamfu offers generous storage to accommodate your team’s needs. If you anticipate requiring additional storage, please contact our support team to discuss available options.

Yes, clients can be invited to your workspace to view project progress. We recommend assigning appropriate permissions to ensure they access only the information intended for them.​

Absolutely. Kaamfu’s Kanban board allows you to monitor task progress and visualize the percentage of work completed, providing clear insights into your project’s status.​

Yes, Kaamfu’s Workstation Connect captures periodic screenshots of employee workstations. These can be accessed through the Team panel by selecting the desired worker and navigating to the Activity section.​

Currently, Kaamfu does not support biometric system integrations. However, we are exploring partnerships with leading biometric providers to offer this functionality in the future.​

Employees begin their shift by logging into Workstation Connect. Once logged in, they can start tracking time, access tasks, and stay connected with the team — all in one place. Shift tracking begins the moment they go live on Workstation Connect.

Kaamfu’s Workstation Connect detects inactivity and can automatically pause an employee’s shift after a predefined period. Additionally, shifts can be configured to end automatically when the workday concludes, ensuring accurate time tracking.​

Kaamfu promotes productivity by capturing periodic screenshots and monitoring active applications. This transparency encourages employees to stay focused during work hours.​

Kaamfu consolidates essential project management features such as task assignments, time tracking, communication, and monitoring into a single platform. This integration reduces the need to switch between multiple tools, streamlining your workflow.​

Kaamfu does not impose limits on the number of users you can invite to your organization. Collaborate freely with your entire team.​

Comments are used primarily for static comments that do not demand immediate response. Chats are more fluid, and are used for lively, engaging multi-way conversation when that is required.

Kaamfu captures employee desktop screenshots every 3 minutes.
