Whenever a member is assigned a task, they are automatically added to the task’s conversation. Beyond this automation, you can manually manage conversation members to ensure only the right people are included. ➕ Adding Members to a Conversation #
Step 1 – Open the Conversation #
Go to the conversation where you want to add members.
Step 2 – Click the Membership Icon #
The icon shows profile bubbles of existing members and suggested members.
Step 3 – Add a Member #
Hover over a suggested (non-member) avatar. A gray ➕ will appear. Click it to add the member instantly.

Step 1 – Open the Conversation #
Go to the conversation where you want to remove members.
Step 2 – Click the Membership Icon #
The icon shows profile bubbles of existing members.
Step 3 – Remove a Member #
